A fundação Countermove nasceu em 2014 como uma iniciativa formada por músicos profissionais dos Países Baixos. A fundação visa promover a música, a cultura e a colaboração entre artistas em apoio às organizações de caridade. O primeiro projeto é uma colaboração de grande escala entre artistas emergentes do metal em apoio à Cruz Vermelha, na ocasião da 3FM Serious Rquest 2014. Doações levarão ajuda às vítimas de violência sexual em territórios de conflito.

The Countermove Foundation was born in 2014 as an initiative of professional musicians from the Netherlands. The foundation aims to promote music, culture and collaboration between artists in support of charity organizations. The first project is a large-scale collaboration between major and emerging NL metal artists in support of the Red Cross, in occasion of 3FM Serious Request 2014. Donations will bring help victims of sexual violence in conflict territories.
